Please add runit-services pkg to the Security Tracker

Hello,

the runit-services package was reintroduced to Debian (experimental),
but it's not registered into the Security Tracker: can you add it to
the database?

Note: This is the first time that I reintroduce a package in Debian, so
if this is not the appropriate way to do it please point me in
the right direction :)
