I've made a commit changing all bugzilla.novell.com references to
bugzilla.suse.com.

The links on every CVE page supplied by the first hunk will require
the Debian security team to update the live deployment of the security
tracker, the Notes sections of individual CVE pages will get updated
automatically.
To avoid more references to bugzilla.novell.com appearing, I think it
would help if you could get all bugzilla.novell.com URLs to redirect
to their equivalent bugzilla.suse.com URL.
