I for now have configured it to continue sending commit to
secure-testint-commits@l.a.d.o . That is not ideal due to the naming,
but we have this way a little bit more time to sort out that part. I
did a test (the commit email will be replaced if the commiter is in
the same domain as salsa.d.o, that is carnil@salsa.d.o -> carnil@d.o
so we can directly reply to a commit in case of clarification/review).

I have though now made it again 'inactive' until we switch.

so technically (if I undesrstand correctly) that will be as well a
unofficial system maintained for a longer migration period.
