It only matters whether squeeze/wheezy/jessie per se are fixed.
If someone is using LTS the squeeze-lts suite needs to be enabled and if
anyone is using oldstable or stable -security needs to be enabled. Whether
something migrates to a stable point is a minor technical detail and
shouldn't matter for users.
