If you want to be picky, you can add the repository in the data for the
aggregated part.

<pkg>:
  <cve>:
    repositories:
      squeeze:
        version: $squeeze_version
	...
      squeeze-lts:
        version: $some_version_in_lts
	...
    releases:
      squeeze:
        version: $some_version_in_lts
	repository: squeeze-lts
        ...

Some other comments on the YAML output I saw:
"Debian" for the bug number is probably best renamed to "bug" and
there's no point in including the leading "#".

Otherwise it looks ok.
