Bug#769128: security-tracker: Extra-Source-Only source packages need to be filtered out

The security tracker currently displays some packages, e.g. kfreebsd-8 or src:eglibc
which are not actually in jessie/sid. Packages having Extra-Source-Only: yes in the
Sources file need to be filtered out. See #759356 and #699268 for more information.
