One of the processes stalled, probably due to the recent changes made to the
archive. I've just fixed it.

Under normal circumstances the tracker is updated every minute (unless an
update is already running).

It should be possible to make a subshell monitor the cronjob and send an
email if it takes more than five minutes while updating, but would like an
ack from Florian (or a please don't wait, from somebody else) before adding
it.
