I've removed the dependency on servinvoke, and would welcome tests of the "make serve" functionality. I plan to eventually install the version with HTTP invocation on soler.debian.org (for security-tracker.debian.org), using Apache's mod_proxy to redirect HTTP requests to the tracker_service.py process.
