CVE-2009-1192 and 2.6.30 kernel

Hi,

I was looking at this security issue:

and noticed that linux 2.6.30 is marked as vulnerable, whereas a patch
exists:

and has been integrated into version 2.6.30:

Could somebody fix this ?
