In the secure-testing Subversion repository, there's now a version of
the security tracker which provides an overview page for stable
backports.  In order to use it, you don't need the full package
database, this should be sufficient after checking out the repository:

  $ make update-backports all serve

(Provided that you have installed the necessary dependencies, of
course.)

I will put it onto the live system once I'm more confident that it's
actually correct.
