Urgencies for CVE-2007-6712 and CVE-2008-2944

currently, there are no urgencies assigned to CVE-2007-6712 and
CVE-2008-2944 in the debian security tracker [1].  looking at the CVE
reports [2],[3], it looks like these are solely potential
denial-of-service issues.

i think that the tracker should be updated to indicate that fixes for
these problems are low-urgency.
