Ack, thanks for working on the list!
I see at least 2 where I'm the uploader (there might be more).
We can also make use of https://udd.debian.org/cgi-bin/last-uploads.cgi to
verify inactive DDs.
If we end up with an automated way to match uploaders in the team, then we can
have constant tracking of it, and use it in a future BSP. This of course is a
local solution for the lack of an organization-wide policy to automatically
retire DDs that have not uploaded anything in the last few years.
I have also sent a SQL query against UDD in a thread some months ago, that
query can be used to identify a sort of "code smell" for our packages.
