To make the potential unblock as less troublesome as possible I
recommend you reduce your changes to the bare minimum to fix bug
#1107587, i.e. drop the salsa autopkgtest fix, the change to
d/copyright and the Standards-Version bump, so that only the Depends
change is contained.

With these adjustments applied I am minded to sponsor your change.
