Thank you for the subsequent upload! The unblock seems to have been
effective and we are on a 5-day migration track.

Thank you! I'm familiar with the lifecycle although this is my first
time navigating it.

I have a few fixes ready and some more I would like to add but I
wondered if it would be worth pushing the autopkgtest I have written
through experimental on its own first to check no issues come up in the
pseudo-excuses?
