Maintainer role for the team on salsa

Hello Peter and Sven,

I've just given you the "Maintainer" role in our salsa org, so now you have
permission to push to any repo under the team (on git, uploads still require
sponsorship).

The access should expire at the end of 2025, in the rare occasion you're not
DDs by then, we will extend that.

For others reading this, if you're active in the team and would also like to
get access to this role, feel free to reach out (I might have missed you).
