Re: regripper needs source-obnly upload

Sorry, I thought that Arnaud's source-only upload resolved this already.
In my opinion, it is perfectly fine to upload the package as it is since
there are only very minor changes on upstream (i.e., just a few smaller
commits as far as I can tell).

Do you want me to prepare anything or would you just upload the package
(after bumping the version number)?
