With regards to permissions, there is no difference between Maintainer
and Uploaders, but I believe there are a few small differences like

It's worth noting that the naming of those fields should not be misled
with the idea of maintainer of the package; we say everybody in
Maintainer + Uploaders is the maintainer of a package.

I believe there's just one last thing before I can sponsor the upload,
can you add the relevant Vcs-* fields and point to the repo under the
team?
