1. You put in debian/copyright: 2015-2010 for
debian/manpage/create-man.sh file. Where you saw this date?

2. There is an error in your CI test:

Test-Command: parsero -u wiki.debian.org
Restrictions: skippable

Skippable is valid if you get an error 77[1]. So the right test is:

Test-Command: parsero -u wiki.debian.org || exit 77
Restrictions: skippable

3. Some days after your RFS the Std-Ver was bumped to 4.5.0.
