oscap-ssh not a part of Debian :-) This is an example path. I've 
explained in README.Debian how to use oscap-ssh (using wget to get the 
script) and put it in /usr/local/bin.
I've to discuss with Pollux to ask him if it is possible to add it to 
libopenscap8.
