Hashcat new release 3.30

One more thing, before somebody point me wrong.

The rpath problem seems to be related to the inclusion of a hashcat API[1];

I will have a deeper look later or tomorrow, but there's a chance* we will
have make hashcat package ship a library, and if that's the case i'm not
sure how it goes since we are on transition freeze. I would bet shipping
new libraries would not be a problem (it isn't a transition), but i have to
check that.

*There's a chance = i did not have made proper analysis yet to see if i'm
right, i'm blindly guessing here.
