Reading through my mail backlog, I was surprised to learn that Capstone
4 might have been released, but there is no such release. At
https://github.com/aquynh/capstone/, the latest version I see is 4.0alpha3,
tagged in July.

I expect the capstone 4 library to come with a different SONAME, so it
won't be possible to use it as a drop-in replacement.

In any case, I propose that pkg-security-team adopt the capstone
package. There is still the outstanding Python3 bindings issue that I'd
like to see closed before the freeze.
