nmap remote HEAD refers to nonexistent ref

Hi Hiko,

Are you interested in having another uploader taking care of nmap? I'm very
interested and i think i have the know-how.

I'm gonna leave the Lorenzo's email tailed on this one, in case you didn't
see it. I just cloned nmap and i realized that there's no pristine-tar data
and you're not following DEP-14, that would be my first changes as
co-maintainer :)

As soon as you confirm it, i can push these changes and start helping you.
