Control: severity -1 important

While this is a problem, experimental packages are not widely used and I
don't think this justifies a serious severity. Hence downgrading to
important so that the testing migration is not blocked by this small
issue (md5deep got removed from testing due to this transition
and I would like its replacement to be there quickly).
Cheers,
