see my inline comment on Salsa

   Are you sure you are closing the correct bug? Shouldn't this rather be #1066316 ? The CMake 4 issue is not mentioned in d/changelog which should be bug #1113500.

I'd also recommend running

   `routine-update -u -v -t`

on the package.  This would at least update Standards-Version
(and perhaps other things.)
