Yes, you are right. Fixed. libsoqt620-dev and libsoqt520-dev conflicts
between them. libsoqt620-dev replaces libsoqt520-dev if you want to
install it. But libsoqt520-dev just conflicts with libsoqt620-dev but
not replaces as it is not in stable.
Do libsoqt520-dev and libsoqt620-dev have identical filename with
different content ? In that case I would suggest you setup an alternative
(update-alternative) instead of a Conflicts.
Yes, it is an option. But then I should modify the package to coexist
the installation of both packages and then using links activate one or
the other. I can check it.
