Re: Salsa doesn't want to extract my sources

Hi Leo,

* Leopold Palomo-Avellaneda <leo@alaxarxa.net> [2025-01-30 15:57]:
I have been working in the soqt package. I have done a push, but the ci fails
extracting the sources:

https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/soqt/-/jobs/7009634

Could someone help/tell me what I have done wrong?

The definition for this job is here:

https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/blob/master/salsa-ci.yml?ref_type=heads#L186

In your case it tries:

$ gbp export-orig
gbp:warning: Unknown compression type of Update changelog, assuming gzip
gbp:error: Couldn't find upstream tree 'upstream/1.6.3+ds1^{tree}' to create orig tarball via pristine-tar

Which fails because the repo is missing the upstream/1.6.3+ds1 tag.

In addition the pristine-tar branch does not have the corresponding commit either.

Please try pushing both, if you have them locally.

Cheers Jochen
