Team-maintenance of visidata in Debian Science team (Was: visidata: FTBFS: dh_auto_test: error: pybuild --test --test-pytest -i python{version} -p "3.12 3.11" returned exit code 13)
Hi Anja,
when analysing Python3.12 bugs like this I stumbled upon visidata.
While I have no idea for a fix my first attempt would be to update to
the latest upstream version and see whether the bug might be fixed.
I would love to help out (with such an upgrade or sponsoring the
package.) However, my personal policy is to touch team maintained
packages only. In the case of visidata I'd suggest Debian Science team
(list in CC). Just let us know what you think. If you agree I would
volunteer to move the Git archive to science-team and sponsor an upload.
