I don't think Radical Eye has copyright here the whole file in the eps file is:

$ grep -r Radical *
doc/EPS/bary.eps:%%Creator: dvipsk 5.58f Copyright 1986, 1994 Radical Eye Software
$

Seems like they have copyright on the tool used for creation, but not here.
