Hi Kingsley,

Thanks for your feedback in this topic, and thanks for
your research on it

I feel that we miss a documentation with a recommendation on
how to properly cite Debian in academic works.

I like the idea of simply using Debian name and a link
to https://www.debian.org, for now I will do this way.
