Help with mcl needed: util/rand.h missing

Hi Joost,

cimfomfa was quickly accepted in unstable thanks to ftpmaster.  So I
wanted to build the latest version of mcl but I stumbled upon

    caml/caml_mcl.c:2:10: fatal error: util/rand.h: No such file or directory
    2 | #include "util/rand.h"
      |          ^~~~~~~~~~~~~

Do you have any idea where to obtain util/rand.h?
