[Help] gcc-11 build issue for fastjet (Was: some older and removed packages maybe to update)

I had a look at fastjet but when trying to build there were some
issues like

   'template<class> class std::auto_ptr' is deprecated: use 'std::unique_ptr' instead

Any help from a C++ educated person would be helpful
