I've requested the unblock, see [1]. Let me know if I've missed
something.

As you might see freefem++ is not in testing, and as per the release policy[1] the packages not in testing cannot re-enter testing at this stage.
The deadline for such packages to enter testing was Feb 12 and we are months away from that date.

Nevertheless, it can definitely be a part of bookworm and bullseye-backports. Thanks a lot for your work on
freefem++ :-)
