Hello, I'm contacting this list as I assume that scientific packages are by far the biggest users of the below. It is my understanding that fields in d/u/metadata are meant to be case-insensitive (according to [1]). Yet, Lintian seems to complain about "Cite-as", but not "Cite-As".
