How to step away from a package maintained inside the science team

Hey everyone,

I am no longer interested in maintaining ceres-solver which I
re-introduced into Debian in March 2013.

Given that I have been effectively the only active maintainer for that
package, I am wondering what to do, so please advise!

The package is in okay'ish shape. Upstream is not really interested in
fixing failing tests on the low-power not-so-mainstream architectures,
and there's an issue regarding dependencies on Eigen that is beyond my
knowledge (#883619, #868355).

Best wishes,
