Hi, I'm a new member.

I'd like to manage two packages for debian: SentencePiece and fastText.
https://github.com/google/sentencepiece
https://github.com/facebookresearch/fastText

I already had git repositories, so I'll try to make a new repo under
Science Team, and I can do it.
However, I couldn't push any commits because there are no default
branch.
I can't make any branches from the web because of lack of permission.

Does anyone make it? If my workflow is incorrect, please tell me.
