Orphaning some Debian-Science packages

Dear all,

the following packages in the Debian Science Team do not have an active uploader:

- arpack++
- freefem3d
- freemat
- nexus
- palabos
- paraview (yes, this package also!)
- pycollada
- pysph
- python-bayespy
- python-ltfatpy
- sfepy

If you have an interest in some of these packages, please let me know within the next

few days. I will add you then as an uploader.

Otherwise I will orphan them.
