Taking over libgpuarray / GPU testing wanted

With its previous Uploader's permission, I have prepared an updated libgpuarray package, available in Salsa. As I am only a DM, I can't currently upload this package.

0.6.9-3 [0] is intended for unstable, and is ready for upload; 0.7.6-1 [1] is intended for experimental (we're in transition freeze from today, but Ubuntu isn't), and is still work in progress (its tests are failing on i386).

Testing on other GPU hardware would also be welcome; in particular, the package description says the CUDA interface doesn't work in the packaged version, and I can't see why. The tests are run with DEVICE=opencl0:0 python3 -m nose pygpu (with the python3-pygpu under test installed, *not* from its source directory), Depends: ocl-icd-opencl-dev, python3-nose and your hardware's *-opencl-icd, Recommends: libclblas-dev; depending on your hardware, DEVICE=opencl1:0 (multiple *-opencl-icd) or DEVICE=cuda (nvidia-cuda-dev) may also be valid.
