Yes, it is correct.Some more explanation. Upstream released 0.1.0 without the test suite, and I subsequently contacted them to improve the package-ability of the software. They released version 0.1.1 following my feedback, which I believe to be now suitable for upload.

I'd rather drop the upload of spyder-unittest/0.1.0-1 altogether and submit spyder-unittest/0.1.1-1 (which I can prepare soon).
