Why do you think the test failures are due to missing olefile?
There are two sets of test failures here: the two in #848748 (test mistakes new-in-0.4.1 wand warning for an error), and the ~70 first reported in this thread (lack of olefile, now probably fixed in pillow).
All my testing was in sid, not stretch.
