Packaging for `Amp: Atomistic Machine-learning Package`

Hi,

I have recently built a package for Amp. I have uploaded it to a git
repository inside debian-science. You can see it here:

https://anonscm.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/amp.git

The only issue I am facing is related to running tests when using
pbuilder. If I do it on my machine, getting rid of all trace of
PYTHONPATH to Amp, the package builds fine. Creating a chroot jail,
and building the deb for Amp inside a clean environment with
dpkg-buildpackage passes too (gbp is also successful). However, using
pbuilder fails. I suspect it has to do with some wrong PATH that is
not making possible to load the Fortran modules because those tests
fail when Fortran is not there. Do you have an idea on how to solve
this?.

I have to add that I am new to pybuild.

Best,
