GSoC mentor wanted (Was: About the sense of removing -march=native)

Hi,

as promised I have added a GSoC project to the Wiki:

As you can see I *intentionally* added myself only as co-mentor.  In
other words:  If we do not find a mentor for the project it most
probably will not happen.
 
My reasons for only beeing available as co-mentor are:

  1. I do not feel competent enough in this field
  2. I plan to do another GSoC project in Debian Med team

Please lets together find answers to the questions raised in this
thread.
