transition: petsc 3.7: are aster and getdp ready?

Now that dolfin 2016.1.0 is released upstream, we'll bring PETSc 3.7
(and SLEPc 3.7) into unstable soon. They are already available in
experimental.

I'm writing to alert the maintainers and uploaders of aster and getdp,
which use petsc.  Are these packages ready for petsc 3.7?

Note that petsc 3.7 FTBFS on arm64, armhf and ppc64el.  
Patches or advice are welcome.
