Shouldn't the new package

    r-hms-dbmi-spp

been renamed

    r-other-$author-$package

ie

    r-other-hms-dbmi-spp

It is _a lot_ easier for all of us if we only have top-level

    r-cran-*
    r-bioc-*
    r-other-*
