Checking tasks files for next Debian Science metapackages release

[I'm repeating this mail since it did not came through with attchement.
it was replaced by a link.]

Hi folks,

I think its time to trigger the next release of Debian Science
metapackages. Before I do so I usually check whether all packages
maintained by the Debian Science packaging team are mentioned inside the
tasks pages (except those who are on an exclusion list). If you like to
test the script I'm using it is in Git[1]. It needs to be run on alioth
or on a machine with local UDD mirror. If there is interest I could
patch it to alternatively work with public UDD mirror. There is no real
need to run it now since I attached the current export to this mail.
(attachment is now rather http://blends.debian.net/tmp/debian-science.out)

It shows *lots* of packages which are not yet mentioned inside the tasks
files. I started with the first ones (see my last commits to
debian-science source) but its a bit much work for me and in some cases
I simply fail to find the correct task and the kind of the dependency.

I would like to encourage every maintainer of a package in this list (or
other people who consider themselves competent to decide whether a
package belongs to a certain task) to add the **binary** packages to the
according tasks to make sure our metapackages will reflect the current
state of our packaging pool.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about feel free to ask for further
explanation.

Thanks for your cooperation to make Debian Science even better for
scientists use

      Andreas.
