engrid in debian

hello,
I am new to packaging; i did a doc package a long time ago. Engrid is a mesh
generator which outputs grids both in openfoam and su2 format, with a nice
interface built via qt4. It was funded by the ESA and is still under
development; current version is 1.4. In my opinion it is an important package
because gmsh, in debian, is a bit limited and a mesh generator is a key
software in the CFD toolchain.
So far I have successfully compiled it in my debian 8 with few lintian
warnings I cannot get rid of:
W: engrid-doc: empty-binary-package
W: engrid-blenderscripts: empty-binary-package
W: engrid: extra-license-file usr/share/doc/engrid/gpl.txt.gz
W: engrid: extra-license-file usr/share/doc/engrid/licence.txt
Finished running lintian.

I have tried to manually delete those /usr/share/doc/ files but they keep
regenerating...Any help would be apprecated.
