 This library contains the reference implementation of the
 Edge Addition Planarity Algorithm, which is the best
 linear-time method to embed a planar graph and isolate
 planarity obstructions.


This is part of the effort to package sagemath in debian.

Notice that I'm posting this ITP for version 3.0.0.3 but that since I 
just sent an autotools-based build system to upstream, I'll need to wait 
for its acceptance before the work can start. The current build system 
is eclipse.
