Hi,

I would like to schedule a transition for flint ; what has been done up
to now is:

(1) the old version 2.4.5-4 is in unstable&testing, and lacks the
"Section: libs" which seems to confuse the automatic tools.

(2) the new version 2.5.2-2 is in experimental and the ten major arches
build ok according to:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=flint&suite=experimental

(3) the only reverse dep is singular, and I used pbuilder on its current
sources and my new package to check a simple rebuild should be enough.

The automatically generated tracker for this transition is here, but I'm
not sure how good it is:

Before you start working on this transition, you should note it's my 
first transition so I'm a bit anxious and inexperienced -- and I'm a DM 
so I'll need to RFS every step.
