hi andreas,

hopefully i've got this one right first time. i have:

- created ITP (correctly CC'ing this time)
- created entry in SoB
- no lintian warnings (fwiw)
- used `date -R` to generate the date
- used cme fix dpkg-control to fix control file
- created repo with /git/debian-science/setup-repository
- moved the repo into `packages` (setup-repository puts it in the wrong
place?)
- `push --all` to that repo

is it good to go?
