RFS: flint -- C library for number theory (already in experimental)

Hi,

Here is a quick summary of the situation :

- 2.4.4-2 is in unstable and testing ;

- 2.4.5-1 was in experimental, but had a conflicting file with 2.4.4-2
  (bug #779584),

- so 2.4.5-2 is now in experimental to fix the issue, but in fact
  doesn't 100%

- hence 2.4.5-3 is in debian-science's repository, and should cover 100%

So I'm looking for a sponsor for 2.4.5-3 in experimental.

In the meantime, I provided a patch to upstream so the annoying file
isn't needed anymore : there will be no need for further
Replaces/Breaks in the future!
