RFS: flint -- C library for number theory (already in debian)

Hi,

flint is in fact already in debian, with 2.4.4-2 in testing and 
unstable, and 2.4.5-1 in experimental.

This last version has a serious bug: it fails to upgrade from sid 
(#779584), so I have pushed a 2.4.5-2 in debian-science's git, which 
fixes the problem.

I'm looking for a sponsor to upload this bugfix in experimental.
